What we do in-house.
CNC machining, laser cutting, bending and welding for parts made to your drawing, with pressing, stamping and tool-room support.
Machining
CNC & conventional machining.
We machine bespoke pins, bushings and other turned and threaded components. The shop combines CNC equipment with conventional and special-purpose machines.

Fabrication
Laser cutting.
We cut sheet-metal profiles in-house. The catalogue lists laser machines from 1 kW to 3 kW and gives these maximum thicknesses by material.

Fabrication
Bending & welding.
We form laser-cut parts and join them into assemblies to your drawing.
Welding
In-house MIG and spot welding, with purpose-built welding machines for specific components. Include weld requirements and critical interfaces on your assembly drawing.
Additional processes
Pressing & tool room.
Pressing, stamping and deep drawing complement our machining and fabrication work. An in-house tool room supports tooling development.

The catalogue lists mechanical presses up to 150 ton and hydraulic presses up to 300 ton.
Tool room & design
Tool-room equipment includes CNC vertical machining centres, wire EDM, surface grinders, a lathe and a shaper. CAD supports tool design and development.
